Join us to make art at a special, socially-distanced open-air art studio set up every Wednesday on the lawn in front of the Queens Museum in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, in collaboration with the Queens Museum. Free and open to all, but especially intended for families waiting to pick up food from the museum’s food pantry. Alongside, we’ll offer tools and inspiration for making chalk street art. Made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature. Street Lab cultural programs supported citywide by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council. This event is part of Street Lab’s effort to help bring the offerings of the city’s cultural institutions outside.
All of our events are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us with questions about accessibility.
