Come find the Uni at IdeasCity New York (http://www.ideas-city.org), a daylong festival exploring “100 Actions for the Future City,” organized by the New Museum in Sara D. Roosevelt Park. Using three of our carts, we’ll pop-up to enhance and support the focus of the event, which will feature artist talks, initiatives by local organizations, performances, workshops, and a panel of notable mayors from around the country. A special drawing station, created in partnership with The Drawing Center, will help bring drawing to the forefront of the actions being discussed. Uni participation is made possible in part by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, and by public funds from Creative Engagement, supported by New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and administered by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
All of our events are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us with questions about accessibility.
