Youth-led Open Streets: new youth program underway in Harlem

This spring, Street Lab is offering a new leadership program for high school students in Central Harlem. In partnership with A. Philip Randolph Square Neighborhood Alliance, J. Max Bond Center for Urban Futures at City College, Office of the Manhattan Borough President, and JAH-P Design. With support from NEA, The Happold Foundation, and NYC DOT.
