On Sunday, April 15 we offered our READ and EXPLORE programs at an Earth Day Weekend Walk celebration in Chinatown—our first event of the 2018 season. Thanks to our host Chinatown Partnership and our partner NYC Department of Transportation! Thank you also to our team, Arli and Fordham student volunteers, Chanyuan and Kaijie. We were also happy to have a visit from Councilmember Margaret Chin, and visitors from Hiroshima, Japan, who are studying public space and placemaking. See coverage on NY1.
